Our Story

Club Lemon is a New York City-based lifestyle brand founded by artist and designer Gretchen, creating bags and objects that explore the intersection of art, design, and everyday life.

With a background in silkscreen printing and architecture, Gretchen approaches each piece with a focus on composition, material, and function. The brand grew from a desire to translate her original artwork into thoughtfully designed objects - giving her prints a life beyond the wall.

The first collection was inspired by a family trip to Portugal, where the vibrant colors, intricate tiles, and atmospheric beauty of Sintra became the foundation for an original silkscreen print. That print was later transformed into the first toiletry bag, marking the beginning of the brand.

Designed thoughtfully in New York City, each piece brings together art and function through considered details, distinctive imagery, and an appreciation for the objects we carry with us every day. It is an ongoing exploration of how artwork can move beyond the frame and become part of everyday life.
